Whole-Body Cryotherapy
Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC) is a therapeutic application of extremely cold, dry air, between -185 degrees to – 260 degrees Fahrenheit. WBC stimulates the body’s natural healing abilities by causing the body to draw blood to the heart and vital organs where it becomes more oxygenated, detoxified, and enriched with therapeutic antioxidants. Once this rich oxygenated blood is pumped back through your body, it helps to reduce inflammation, improve muscle tissue recovery, increase energy, and boosts your immune system
Class IV Laser
Laser therapy is an FDA-approved medical treatment that offers a non-invasive way to relieve persistent forms of pain. This type of therapy treats cells by tapping into cellular mitochondria and setting off biological chain reactions. During this process, photons from the focused light penetrate inside the cellular mitochondria, creating reactions that lead to a wide range of health benefits including improved micro-circulation to injured tissue, reduced pain, minimization of muscle spasms, and general increases in cellular metabolism
Trigger-Point Massage
Trigger-point therapy is a form of manual therapy that is designed to alleviate pain and discomfort in specific areas of the body. This therapy is based on the principle that pain in one area of the body can often be referred from an underlying trigger point, or muscle knot, in a different area. By applying pressure to these trigger points, the therapist is able to release the tension and reduce the pain in the affected area.
